Dark Wolf Vs. Xavier
|
Mike White: This next match is a highly anticipated match
for the
unification of the Hardcore Championship and the Television Championship
into the Double Crown Championship. Coming to the ring and the WFWA
Television Champion…Xavier.
[As soon as his music starts, he makes his way down to the ring showing off
his title to the fans.]
Mike White: His opponent who is an English Trilogy Champion and is putting
his Hardcore Championship into the unification bout tonight…. Dark Wolf.
[We hear the howl of a wolf and out walks Dark Wolf with a title over each
shoulder, he makes his way down to the ring as the fans give the EWC star a
standing ovation.]
PERRY HAGGAR: This match is going to be extremely innovative with these two
young bucks giving it their all to become the first ever Double Crown
Champion.
[Dark Wolf and Xavier lock up but Xavier just throws Dark Wolf down to the
canvas.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier is now taunting Dark Wolf. I do not know if that is a
smart thing to do when facing a man with the qualities of Dark Wolf.
[Dark Wolf gets up and they circle each other once more before tie up again,
this time Xavier takes Dark Wolf down with a quick arm drag, and both men
get to their feet quickly again.]
PERRY HAGGAR: But Xavier seems to keep the edge.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: That does not mean Dark Wolf will not regain composure, it is
early in the match.
[They tie up again and Dark Wolf sends Xavier against the ropes. Dark Wolf
then bounces off the other side and drops Xavier with a hard clothesline.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Well I guess we know Dark Wolf did not come to just fool
around.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: What a shot! Indeed Dark Wolf is now taking charge.
[Xavier staggers to his feet and Dark Wolf goes for a lock up but Xavier
hits Dark Wolf in the stomach with a right and sends him down to the canvas
with a big forearm smash to the back of the head.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Would you call that great technique?
PERRY HAGGAR: More like desperation Perry.
[Xavier pulls up Dark Wolf and puts him in a headlock, before punching him
in the head and taking him down with a headlock take down.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier is using brut force to take over this match. There is
no technique in beating someone down.
PERRY HAGGAR: A good idea when you think about it as Xavier is beating Dark
Wolf at his own game.
[Xavier pushes Dark Wolf’s head into Xavier’s legs who try to lock on a head
scissors but Dark Wolf flips him over with a holler.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Dark Wolf just completely turned the tide of this match with
a reversal.
PERRY HAGGAR: Well it looks like Xavier might have taken a bad bump there as
he is holding his back in pain.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Well the referee is making sure that Xavier is ok.
[Dark Wolf goes to pick up Xavier but Xavier does not let him. Xavier
instead gives Dark Wolf an exceptionally hard upper cut to the genital
regions.]
PERRY HAGGAR: After that low blow if Dark Wolf has kids, they are going to
come into this world with some serious migraines.
[Dark Wolf is on the ground rithering in pain and Xavier comes over and
begins to stomp on the rithering Dark Wolf with big boots to the abdomen and
then the face.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier is relentless with his attack on Dark Wolf that
stomping is getting harder as he goes.
[Xavier then goes to the top rope and hits a huge body splash from the top
rope on Dark Wolf. He goes for the cover.]
PERRY HAGGER: ….1

DOUGIE WRIGHT: Close call there. I did not think Dark Wolf would give in so
soon and he did not.
[Xavier pulls up Dark Wolf and sends him into the ropes, he bounces off them
however Dark Wolf stops short, puts him in a reverse headlock and hits a
snap DDT.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Both men are lying on the ground. Xavier tried to use his
[Dark Wolf pulls up Xavier and punches him in the lower back. Dark Wolf
picks him right back up and delivers a vicious Russian Leg Sweep.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Ouch! That has got to hurt, Xavier’s head bounced off the
canvas like a basketball.
[Xavier crawls to his feet when Dark Wolf pulls him up and sends him into
the corner, he hits the turnbuckle pads and stumbles out of the corner where
Dark Wolf grabs him and executes a Northern Lights Suplex.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Dark Wolf has really been dictating this match as of late. He
is leaving Xavier with no room to come back.
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier needs to get on the offensive soon or else this match
is going to be over very soon.
[Dark Wolf bounces off the ropes and hits a big leg drop on Xavier. He pulls
up Xavier and hits him with a round house punch.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: I have never seen a punch landed with such velocity.
[Xavier is thrown into the ropes he comes off and Dark Wolf lifts him up and
slams him down.]
PERRY HAGGAR: What a great sidewalk slam.
[Dark Wolf pulls up Xavier and pushes him up against the ropes, he throws
him off with a fireman’s carry but Xavier just rolls to his feet and goes
into the ropes opposite, Dark Wolf runs across and just misses a
clothesline. In addition, Xavier ducks the clothesline and goes into the
ropes again. Wolf runs across the ring and goes for another clothesline
attempt but Xavier ducks it again. He turns goes behind Dark Wolf and nails
a dropkick knocks Dark Wolf on the canvas.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier gets the better of that exchange.
PERRY HAGGAR: Finally the tide seems to be changing as Xavier regains
composure after executing a wonderful dropkick to the cranium of Dark Wolf.
[Xavier bounces off the ropes and lands a senton splash on Dark Wolf.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Impressive show of athletics from that move.
[Dark Wolf manages to force his way halfway up off the canvas but Xavier
just kicks him square in the teeth.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Would not be surprised if Dark Wolf were missing a tooth or
two after that full force kick.
[Xavier locks on a headlock and pulls Dark Wolf to his feet. Dark Wolf
pushes Xavier into the ropes at his side and then across the ring but Xavier
just turns it around to an off the ropes body splash.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier’s apparent agility has been what has helped him
overcome the distinct strength advantage of Dark Wolf.
[Xavier goes up to the top rope.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Looks like Xavier is aiming for high impact move to keep Dark
Wolf down and out.
[Xavier sees Dark Wolf staggering to his feet. Xavier uses precision aiming
and nails a hurricaranna on Dark Wolf sending him to the canvas in extreme
pain.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier nails Dark Wolf with the move he did not plan on doing
but this was probably even more effective!
[Xavier runs into the ropes at this side, he comes off them and jumps
hitting a moonsault off the middle rope before going into the ropes again
this time he comes off and hits a rolling knee drop to the head of Dark
Wolf.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier really knows how to take advantage of someone when
they are down, doesn’t he?
PERRY HAGGAR: He needs to keep the pressure on Dark Wolf if he wants to win
this match because on mistake and this match swings back into the big bad
Wolf’s favour.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: It is unusual with such high impact moves that we have only
seen on cover so far.
PERRY HAGGAR: I think both men are going for the kill because they do not
want near falls they want final falls.
[Xavier punches Dark Wolf as he gets to his feet and locks on a side
headlock, he throws Dark Wolf against the ropes and Dark Wolf nails Xavier
with a big flying elbow.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: That is an interesting move, did not expect to see Dark Wolf
resort to that type of move but it looks as if he is going to have to beat
Xavier now at his own game.
[Xavier rolls out of the ring to take a breather.]
PERRY HAGGAR: It looks like Xavier is a bit winded after that incredible
flying elbow by the Hardcore Champion.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: It looks as if Dark Wolf is going to stalk him outside the
ring
[Dark Wolf grabs Xavier from behind and looks to go for a German suplex;
however, Xavier blocks it and nails a jawbreaker.]
PERRY HAGGAR: I thought that was going to be the end of Xavier but he turned
it around quite nicely.
[Dark Wolf is pulling himself up by the guardrail and Xavier is pulling
himself up by the apron.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: This match has taken its toll on both combatants so far and
they are both back to their feet.
[Both men go for the tie up and Dark Wolf uses his strength to just throw
Xavier into the ring post. Dark Wolf wastes no time and slides Xavier in the
ring. Dark Wolf then moves Xavier’s limp body so that his leg is straddling
the ring post from inside. Dark Wolf then just wraps him in a ring post
figure four.]
PERRY HAGGAR: He is stretching him like a mule.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: But Xavier cannot give up…there are no submissions when it is
around the ring post.
PERRY HAGGAR: He can pass out because of the pain though and that would let
Dark Wolf climb in the ring and make an uncontested pin.
[The referee manages to get Xavier free but Dark Wolf just slides in the
ring. He picks up Xavier by the hair and slams his head into the turnbuckle
20 times.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Advil anyone?
[Dark Wolf picks up Xavier and Dark Wolf runs out of the corner and takes
Xavier down with a huge clothesline from hell.]
PERRY HAGGAR: That nearly took Xavier’s head off.
[Dark Wolf signals for the Shadow Fang.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: This certainly does not look like a good predicament for
Xavier.
PERRY HAGGAR: I think he is going for a ride.
[Dark Wolf plays to the crowd for a few more seconds. Then Dark Wolf puts
Xavier in between his legs. Xavier then uses all his energy and rolls Dark
Wolf up to avoid the dreaded Shadow Fang.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: 1….
….Kick out!
[Xavier begins to crawl away from Dark Wolf. When Dark Wolf gets up he goes
to grab Xavier, Xavier fires with a roundhouse right to the abdomen. Xavier
quickly bounces of the ropes and hits a spinning heel kick.]
PERRY HAGGAR: I definitely did not see that coming.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: He got great elevation with that move and it was perfectly
executed.
[Xavier waits for Dark Wolf to get vertical and nails him with a standing
sidekick.]
PERRY HAGGAR: That kick was so hard it knocked the spit out of Dark Wolf’s
mouth or should I say drool.
[Xavier picks Dark Wolf up and performs a snap suplex.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Incredible snap that was put into that suplex making Wolf
bounce off the mat with authority.
[Xavier is mocking Dark Wolf as he lays on the ropes and then slaps him
around a little bit. Afterwards on the last slap, Dark Wolf’s eyes light
up.]
PERRY HAGGAR: I think he just woke a sleeping wolf.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: If I were Xavier, I would be afraid the Wolf really sinks his
teeth into me now.
[Dark Wolf laces chops into Xavier’s chest but Xavier ducks one and runs to
the ropes. Dark Wolf gives chase. Xavier climbs up ropes and he jumps down,
grabs Dark Wolf’s head, and hits a tornado DDT.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier has to be one of the smartest wrestlers today, that
move was really innovative.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: But do not count Dark Wolf out because he is just as smart.
[Xavier straddles Dark Wolf and just starts to lay a bunch of closed fisted
bunches on Dark Wolf as the referee tries to break it up.]
PERRY HAGGAR: If I were that ref I would just let them fight. It is a huge
match, which gives them some freedom.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: The referee is just doing his job Perry.
[Xavier picks him up now and delivers him back down to the canvas with a
double arm DDT.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Impressive move by Xavier, I did not think the high-flyer had
it in his arsenal.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier is in a great position now.
[Xavier is climbing the ropes.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Right now would be a real good time to look for a frog splash
or maybe even a 450 splash if he has enough confidence.
[Dark Wolf is still just lying there as Xavier balances himself on the
ropes. Xavier then jumps and hits a flying plancha.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Truly amazing grace shown by Xavier.
[Xavier seems to have taken a bad fall when doing the move as well because
he is holding his back which was injured earlier on a back body drop.]
PERRY HAGGAR: It seems as if Xavier is experiencing a bit of difficulty with
his back again.
[Xavier slowly gets to his feet holding his back and stomps Dark Wolf to
keep him down.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: I think Xavier is looking to buy time by stomping away at
Dark Wolf whom many say is the better half of his tag team.
PERRY HAGGAR: Well both men seem to be in trouble but the English Trilogy
champion certainly is at the disadvantage in this situation.
[Xavier is still holding his back when he runs off the rope and hits a big
leg drop to Dark Wolf to keep him at bay.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: That has to hurt but one can only speculate as of the extent
of Xavier’s injury but it looks to me to be a lower back muscle pull.
[Xavier steps onto the apron, jumps a top the rope, jumps to spin on the
rope and hits a moonsault onto Dark Wolf.]
PERRY HAGGAR: High Impact move by Xavier but he is still holding his back
and if it is what you said it is Dougie than Xavier is in for a long night
because I have experienced them in my wrestling career. Those things are
unrelenting pain.
[Xavier falls atop of Dark Wolf for the cover as he hooks the leg.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: 1…
2…
…Kick out!
[The frustration is showing in Xavier’s face, as he seems to have tried
everything. Xavier still with a hand on his back moves towards the
turnbuckle.]
PERRY HAGGAR: He goes up to the second turnbuckle and comes off hitting Dark
Wolf right in the head with his elbow.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: I think Wolf maybe a bit split open.
PERRY HAGGAR: Yeah I think I see a cut right above his eye and if that’s
true then the blood will leak right into his eye enabling him to see very
well.
[Xavier scoops up Dark Wolf and hangs him upside down in the corner.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: That is not a good sign for Dark Wolf.
PERRY HAGGAR: Hung in the proverbial tree of woe.
[Xavier runs at him but Dark Wolf slides off and Xavier runs right into the
turnbuckle posts and knocks himself down.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Both men are on the ground in pain.
PERRY HAGGAR: Well one thing you can say is this has been an action filled
exciting bout between the combatants.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Yes but you have to worry about that laceration above the eye
of Dark Wolf and the back of Xavier and just hope neither is serious and in
Xavier’s case career ending.
[Dark Wolf is the first to his feet and there are trickles of blood running
down his face and dripping on the mat. Dark Wolf picks up Xavier. However,
Xavier kicks Wolf in the stomach and runs to the turnbuckle to climb the
ropes. Nevertheless Dark Wolf gets over there and then places him into a
inhuman choke slam off the tope rope.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Oh my…. God!
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Xavier is out cold and his back cannot be in any better shape
after hitting the mat that hard from the distance he came.
PERRY HAGGAR: I do not think anyone can comeback from that.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Especially with the pre-existing back injury. I have serious
doubts of seeing any offence from Xavier again in this match.
[Dark Wolf puts the limp form of Xavier in an abdominal stretch. After
minutes of being in the stretch the referee finally starts to raise Xavier’s
hand but on the second lift Xavier hip tosses Dark Wolf to the floor.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Dark Wolf gets up right away and swings with a ton of
velocity.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: But Xavier rolls Dark Wolf up in a small package.
PERRY HAGGAR: 1…
2…
…..KICK OUT!
DOUGIE WRIGHT: You just do not get any closer than that!
[As soon as the bleeding Dark Wolf kicks out the anger in his face shows.
Dark Wolf picks up Xavier from the back and executes seven German suplexs in
a row.]
PERRY HAGGAR: That is devastating.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Dark Wolf is crazy.
[Dark Wolf then flips Xavier over and applies the cobra clutch to put
pressure on the back of Xavier.]
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier cannot take this anguish. But how the hell can he get
out quick enough without tapping?
[Xavier grabs the back of Dark Wolf’s ankles and flips him over into a
pinning combination.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: 1…
2…
….Kick Out!
PERRY HAGGAR: Xavier is one determined son of a gun.
[Dark Wolf again furious after the combination. Therefore, he takes his
anger out on Xavier. He pummels Xavier with a bunch of kicks and punches.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: What is this now? It seems as if Dark Wolf is positioning
Xavier on the top turnbuckle.
[Dark Wolf places him backwards. Afterwards Dark Wolf climbs up himself. He
grabs the arms of Xavier and executes a Shadow Fang right off the top rope.]
PERRY HAGGAR: DEAR GOD ALMIGHTY IN HEAVEN! Xavier has to be broken into
millions and billions of pieces after that move. He is going to need some
serious back surgery.
[Dark Wolf covers him and hooks the leg.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: 1…

Mike White: The winner and first ever Double Crown Champion…Dark Wolf!
[Dark Wolf’s music hits as paramedics come out to check on the broken
Xavier. Dark Wolf just uses a deep stare to look at the carnage he created.
Afterwards Dark Wolf uses his hand to wipe the blood off his face and he
tastes it. Then he lets out a sick sadistic laugh raising his titles
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Dark Wolf has completely lost it. I just hope we will see
Xavier back in the ring. He is great competitor and fought an amazing match
and to think that is just a warm up for the main event.
Announcers

[The camera zooms into Dougie and Perry
sitting at the announcing desk.]
DOUGIE WRIGHT: What a night of action we have seen so far.
PERRY HAGGAR: The night has been drawing up to this match.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: Yes the Heavyweight Championship of the World is on the line when ‘Nightbringer’ Ryan Corey is going to challenge Eric Dane for the championship.
PERRY HAGGAR: As we speak the cage is being lowered from the rafters.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: I don’t think a cage is going to be able to contain them.
PERRY HAGGAR: They are going to be using that cage as a weapon, throwing their bodies at it.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: The steel of the cage is very unforgiving.
PERRY HAGGRA: This match can be won in a moment after just one incident or
move.
DOUGIE WRIGHT: The cage has been assembled and it is time for the main event of the evening….

Mike White: Welcome everyone to our Main event!
[HUGE crowd pop]
Mike White: In a steel cage match up....Eric Dane will
defend his W..F..W..A World Heavyweight Championship!!
[The crowd is screaming loudly, the lights flickering, and
the emotions are running high.]
Mike White: Introducing!!!! Representing Team Danger and the WWW, ....THE ONLY STAR!!!!! The
WFWA World Heavyweight Champion, ERIC DANE!!!!!!!
[The crowd screams, and turns to boos as "The One you
Love to Hate" hits...]
Dougie: This is going to be a great matchup. People are calling it classic good versus
evil, and the best of the best....
Perry: And it is indeed.
But its for revenge and glory as well.
Eric Dane is arguably the best to ever grace the WFWA. He is known throughout the world....but what
for? Tyranny? Domination?
Dougie: True. But
before we can say anything more, the challenger awaits!
The lights cut out, and we hear the voice of BBJay, a
Christian Rap artist
BBJay -- There's and old saying that every dog has its
day....i want y'all to know a little sumpin' sumpin'....every child of God has
his season...and right about now....it's all mine....
Two voices next come over the sound system, one belonging
to a woman, the other, to a man.
Woman -- The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall
I fear?<P>
Man -- You are not feared, Eric Dane.
Woman -- The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom
shall I be afraid?
Man -- I am not afraid, Only Star. Two men will enter the cage....only one
leaves under his own power....forgive me Lord....for he knows not what I am
about to do.
The fans roar, shaking the very foundation of Docklands
Arena, as they now can tell who's speaking.
Dougie Wright -- The Nightbringer is here!
"Rock The Party(Off The Hook) --Nighfall Mix" by
P.O.D. begins to rock the arena, as the video wall lightsup with one word.

Corey steps out onto the entryway, his long white
trenchcoat on, as the intro section of the song begins to wrap up....]
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The lyrics kick in as Corey
stops and looks out at the
crowd. He takes a
deep breath, then takes a quick
knee. As the
camera pans
in on him, it shows that he is saying a brief
prayer. As the
voice of Sonny
Sandoval chimes in, he stands, and flexes his arms
and neck, his ponytail
flipping in the background. He looks skyward, and
says something that looks
vaguely like "Let's do this" as he starts
towards
the ring.
He came here to rock this jam
And spread His love is the master plan
So let this light ignite like a star
And everybody in the party knows who we are
Ya gotta get down, dance 'round, floss ya style
NRC, guarantee, make it worth your while
Bad vibes, leave 'em at the door
Mike White: Introducing the challenger! Weighing in at 235 pounds, representing the
UWF, NIGHTBRINGER....RYAN....COREY!!!!!
[Corey walks into the cold steel cage, staring at Eric
Dane as the cage is latched behind them.
Corey watches every move, every sweat, and hears every fan chanting for
him.]
Dougie: I am shaking in excitement! This is it!
The cage is latched shut, and there is no way out for these two men!
Perry: And....here we go!
[Ryan Corey starts unrelentlessly. Nothing was going to predict his first move,
and he is here to prove he would fight his style today.]
Perry: Ryan Corey and Eric Dane stand in front of
thousands of fans here in the Docklands arena, and they are exchanging powerful
blows!
[Corey gets his several times with stunning blows, but
doesn't give up, and eventually breaks Dane's punches, and irish whips
him. He catches Dane with a Belly To
Belly suplex!]
Dougie: Corey starts fast! belly to Belly!
Perry: But Dane's back up quick.
Dougie: Corey doesn't care! Arm Drag by Corey! And
Another!
[It's true, Corey has started out on fire here, and hits
several successful arm drags, and eventually Dane stops his forward progess.]
Perry: The fans are wild!
Ryan Corey has shocked the world champ!
[Corey charges Dane, but Dane uses his momentum and tosses
Corey into the unforgiving steel walls.
Corey staggers a bit, and Dane goes for a cresent kick.]
Dougie: Corey ducks!
Dane is caught staggering.
Perry: Corey off of the ropes....Springboard dropkick.
[Dane hits Corey down low and Corey is blocked in mid
air. Dane then buries Corey with
several boots to the face.]
Perry: And now The Only Star is slowing down Corey's
attacks with several shots to the head.
[Dane picks up Corey and buries him with a Vertial Suplex
into a brainbuster.]
Dougie: He buried his head into the mat with that
move. And Dane quickly shifts the
tables in this match.
[Dane stays right on Corey, hitting him with a jumping knee
to the stomach. Dane lifts Corey's arm,
and jumps on it. Corey screams out in
pain.]
Dougie: Corey has got to get out of this situation fast,
because against someone as dangerous as Eric Dane, this could be over fast.
[Dane drags Corey up by his arm, and snapmares him down,
holding onto his arm and crushing it with a stomp. Dane stays on it, pulling up Corey's arm....but he midjudes
Corey's legs....]
Perry: I'll be....Corey just monkey flipped Dane over him
to the canvas!
Dougie: Dane sure isn't thrilled about that....Dane's up,
Corey's up, Corey blasts him with a right hand!
[Corey holds his left arm in pain while swinging his right
fist. Dane staggers, and Corey goes for
a Vertical Suplex, but Dane jabs him in the arm.]
Dougie: Brutal bust smar wrestling by Dane. AH, and Dane buries him with a jumping arm
breaker.
Perry: Corey is down, and Dane has a huge advantage to get
up the cage....but he isn't going anywhere!
Dougie: This is sick.
Dane hs Corey back up. He tossed
him into the steel wall again.
[Corey is getting the worse of the exchange and tumbles
backwards to his back. Dane grabs Corey
again, dragging his arm to the corner, and Corey screams as Dane jumps on the
ropes holding his arm.]
Dougie: Corey is in trouble....
[Corey hits the ropes with his leg, and Dane slips to the
ground. Corey locks him in a choke hold
from behind!]
Perry: Corey's got him with a devestating chokehold! Dane is struggling to breathe!
[Corey fights out of the corner, and will not realease the
hold off of Dane for his life. Dane
struggles, and slams Corey into the turnbuckle several times, before finally
Corey is hit hard and releases. Corey
falls in the corner, and Dane holds his throat.]
Perry: Corey did the damage with that chokehold,
desperately wringing at Dane's neck.
Dougie: And they are both struggling now. Dane swings at Coery, but Corey evades.
Perry: SUPERNOVA!
[Corey drives Dane into the mat with that hellacious move,
and Dane looks out of it.]
Dougie: The Nightbringer has got a chance. yes, he is making his way upward!
[Corey begins to climbs the cage, and is in good
conditioon to do so, except his arm is nagging him. Corey almost loses his grips once, and that gives Dane a chance
to grab his leg.]
Dougie: Dane's got Corey's leg....Corey is swinging wildly
trying to break the hold.
[Dane pulls Corey down a step, and gets between him and
the cage....]
Perry: POWERBOMB!
What impact on that meneuver!
[Corey bounces off of his neck and falls to the mat. Dane struggles for a breath, then makes a
plunge to the top himself, gripping the steel and climbing it.]
Dougie: Now the champion is walking with a purpose. he could retain....
Perry: Corey is beginning to get up. The crowd's wild, Dougie.
[Dane is quite far up when Corey grabs his leg. Dane then kicks Corey in the face with the
other one. Corey staggers.]
Perry: Oh, Corey missed the chance to pull Dane down. Dane makes another step up. And another....
[Corey climbs the turnbuckle post, and walks on the
ropes. He walks over and grabs Dane and
pulls him onto the ropes as well.]
Dougie: The two men are fighting on top of the ropes! Dangerous territory!
[Dane nails Corey twice with right hands, and Corey nearly
falls off. Corey counters with a
desperation thrust to Dane's gut. And
then Corey grabs Dane and sets him up for the MIDNIGHT RIDE!]
Perry: oh my god!
They won't do this!
Dougie: I think....COREY JUST DROVE DANE OFF OF THE ROPES
TO THE MAT WITH THAT MOVE! AWESOME!
[The two men both lay hurt abd beaten from the move.]
Perry: And now we are back at square zero! Just think of all the work they have done,
and all of the pain they have inflicted, and they are back in the same place!
[Both Dane and NRC are out for a bit, and Nrc is up
first.]
Dougie: Corey is up!
Corey is back up. He has Dane to
is feet. Corey is looking for the
NIGHTFALL, ah, but Dane with a low-blow!
[Corey bends down, and Dane plants him with a
neckbreaker.]
Perry: Dane took advantage with that blow, and now he
could make it to the top.
[Dane stands on the ropes, snickering at Corey onthe
ground.]
Dougie: Dane isn't going up, he is looking for the FALLING
STAR PRESS!
Perry: And if he hits this...it could be over!
Dougie: Dane flies.............COREY MOVES!
[The crowd screams as Dane writhes in pain caused by
himself. Corey starts to work to his
knees at the fans delight. Dane pulls
himself up using the ropes.]
Dougie: Both men are up.
Dane swings...but Corey blocks.
Corey nails Dane. Corey nails
Dane with another one!
[Corey blasts Dane several times, and Dane stumbles
backwards. Corey makes a dash at Dane,
but Dane moves and Corey crashes into the cage.]
Dougie: Corey made a mistake, and he...AH! Dane with a flapjack into the steel!
Perry: And Ryan Corey has been busted wide open.
[Corey staggers and Dane kicks him once more.]
Perry: This looks like the end. Dane has Corey set up for a huge piledriver.
[Corey tosses Dane over his shoulder to the mat.]
Perry: Unbelieveable!
Corey somehow struggled through the pain and took Dane down!
Dougie: Now Dane trying to get on the offenseive, but
Corey reverses....German Suplex! Two!
[Corey releases Dane onthe third, and Dane surprisingly
flips onto his feet, hurting his ankle a bit.]
Dougie: Dane landed on his feet! Corey didn't see it!
[Dane turns Corey around and plants him with a superkick!]
Perry: Corey is back down again! Eric Dane could have a chance to win it here!
Dougie: But Dane is hurting in the ankles. Even as he climbs you can see it. he will need to work fast!
[Dane climbs surprisingly fast for a man with hurt ankles,
but....]
Dougie: Corey is back up!
This is unhuman! How is he up
that quickly?!
[Corey starts to climbs the cage beside Dane. Dane is about onthe top, when Corey grabs
his legs. The crowd screams.]
Perry: Dane was almost out! Ryan Corey won't give up!
he won't give in!
Dougie: Dane...DANE is being pulled down! He is almost out of this cage!
[NRC pulls Dane, and Dane slides back to the side of the
cage. Dane is a wise athelte, and
quickl rakes the eyes of NRC.]
Dougie: A rake of the eyes by the champion!
Perry: And Dane bashes NRC's head into the steel! Corey takes another one. I don't know how much longer he can possibly
hold on!
[Dane keeps bashing, but NRC refuses to give. Dane gets aggrivated, and tries to pull
NRC's hands off of the steel to no avail.
Dane climbs up a bit to kick Corey's hands, but Corey climbs up
alongside him.]
Perry: Dane and Corey are neck and neck at the top of the
steel cage! Fifteen feet in the air!
Dougie: And someone or both of them is going to fall! This is going to end is tragedy!
Perry: And bigger then Romeo and Juliet!
Dougie: What?!...pay attention to this match!
[Dane blasts Corey again, and gingerly tried to push him
off of the cage. Corey refueses to
go. Dane tries to kick him but
Corey(who is on his knees) grabs the legs and staggers Dane around. Corey makes maybe his last oppurtunity worthwhile....]
Dougie: Corey is up like a cat! He's got Dane by the throat!
RYAN COREY IS CHOKING ERIC DANE OUT ON TOP OF THE STEEL CAGE!
Perry: Thats the NIGHTFALL! Eric Dane cannot escape!
Eric Dane is going to be out cold!
[Eric falls to his knees, then into the cage!]
Dougie: Dane fell down into the cage! Corey is starting down! He is so close to winning his blood is
dropping to the ground!
[NRC twists around and goes down the cage, falling to the
ground in pain]
Perry: RYAN COREY!
The Nightbringer is the NEW WFWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
Dougie: Unbelieveable matchup! The Only Star has lost!
What a night. I am losing my
voice!
Perry: It tooka hell of alot to beat Eric Dane down enough
to win, but Ryan Corey climbs the cage, suffering the brutallest of pain this
match can bring, and doesn't give up.
Ryan Corey is a true champion!
[Corey staggers up slowly, and he grips the WFWA World
Heavyweight title as it is handed to him.
He raises it into the air with pride.]
Dougie: I don't know if any words can describe that scene
better then he just did. What a
night...and I am afraid it has to come to an end!
Perry: Goodnight England, Save the Queen. Goodnight America, Save whatever it is you
guys save! What a day....what a day!
[We go black as the WFWA logo sprials across the scene, on
Ryan Corey's bloody face.]
